I believe this to be the BEST Day Spa in Eugene Area. I love having my Pedicure done here by Andrea- she's my Gal and just the Best ! Actually, all the Ladies are wonderful , I just always ask for Andrea as she knows my achy feet 😊 very well and does an excellent job ! I always feel like a new woman when I leave here. I also love their quality products !

The ladies here who do my pedicures are AMAZING!! They take such good care of me and listen to any concerns I have. I can't go anywhere else because they are so talented and caring.

I have been getting my hair colored and cut here for over a year, and up till today just loved it. Today, however, my stylist was a little late getting started on my hair because she was talking to someone else's customer- who already was getting her hair done. There was only one person at the reception desk, and I was brushed aside so she could wait on someone else. I was not offered tea or water. When I finally got my hair worked on other employees kept interrupting my stylist, and another customer came in and started talking to the stylist about getting her hair cut then, right when I was in the chair! I told that customer to wait her turn. This is very poor customer service, all the way around. This is an expensive place and even though I am an old lady I should be treated as a valued customer. To top it off, it was my birthday treat to myself. I get better service at the car dealership when I get my oil changed! I hope they improve and train their staff in courteousness. Update : A stylist named Kelsie fixed my bad hair cut a couple of days later. I booked my April appointment with her, but they called today and told me that Kelsie was not going to be able to keep that appointment! Tried to get me to go back to Kelly who had given me the bad haircut, but I told them I wanted a month off from Kelly. I was able to get an appointment for April with someone else. I am an 'older' woman and think that this place does not like having older gals as customers, just cool young chicks and dudes. I will see what happens next!
