After going to different hair salons and getting my hair done by different hair stylists around town, I FINALLY found the perfect salon and hair stylist to cut, style, and color my hair!! My mom has been going to Utopia Salon & Spa for a couple years, and when I was with my mom going into town one day, and she I needed to get our hair done, we went to Utopia Salon! My mom usually get her hair done by Jennifer, but I get my hair done my Sheri!! For a person like me who has naturally curly hair, and not knowing the right hair products to keep my hair tamed, 
my hair stylist Sheri also has natural curly hair and knows what products works for my hair! My hair stylist Sheri makes me so comfortable every time I get my hair done. Sheri also makes me look forward to coming to my hair appointments! It's like getting my hair done by a great friend! Thank you Sheri for all that you do for my hair!!

I worked here for a cpl years. Much bigger on the inside then what it looks like. It's nice to have everything available in one space

Jennifer got me in right away as a new client after my regular stylist went on maternity leave. Im always leary to try new stylists but Jennifer took the time to talk to me about my hair concerns.  My color turned out so amazing and my hair is so soft! Even my husband who says my hair is usually "scratchy" agrees with me.

Everyone was friendly from the woman in the nail salon who guided me where to go for my wax to the hair stylist who introduced me to another stylist after admitting she had not cut my kind of hair in years. I think it takes a lot for someone to admit that and not just give it a try, which would result in the kind of cut I was avoiding for over a year after a butchered cut. I've got two reviews below, both of which were done the same day.

I had my first (ever) Brazilian Wax done by Julie in the Beauty Room. Of course I was nervous about being exposed and didn't know how painful this experience would be. But it was by far the BEST experience I could've imagined. She made me feel really comfortable and explained what she was doing which I appreciated as it educated me on the do's and donts of this process. Her room and work space was clean and she doesn't use crappy/cheap products. She made me feel good about myself and I'm glad I was able to find someone who was good at their job especially since it's such a sensitive subject. Thanks Julie!

Secondly, I have to rave about Sarah S. (hair stylist). I am of Hispanic origin and have a VERY full head of thick, curly hair. I hadn't gotten my hair cut in over a year, which Sarah didn't judge whatsoever. I simply asked her what her recommendations for color, cut and styling my hair were since she was the only stylist present who had plenty of experience with my kind of hair (she's from Texas where a lot of people have my kind of hair). She gave me a free consultation and didn't try to pressure me into getting services done by her that day. Thankfully she had that time slot open and started working on me right away when I asked if she had the time. I've never had a hair stylist talk to me the way she did throughout my time there. She made me feel beautiful (even when my hair was frizzed out waiting for the highlights to settle) lol. In all seriousness, coming to her was great and well worth the price I paid for a cut and color at the salon price. It's great to finally find someone here in the PNW who knows how to handle my hair with care. Can't wait to get my color touched up in the near future!

I will most definitely be returning to this salon for a variety of services. It's clean, the staff is friendly and educated. I couldn't ask for a more positive experience.
