Super disappointed! I was gonna have my sons birthday party there but didn't want to do there birthday packages. Just wanted to pay for each player which there would have been 10, bring our own cake and stuff. When I called I was told that if we weren't going to pay for a package we could not use any of the tables or bring in any food. Those were all reserved for only people paying for a party package. However there were couches and benches we could sit on. Pretty crappy especially since almost every time we go the majority of the tables aren't even being used. Now I know why!

So booked a party was standing in line for 25 min and get to the front and they tell me to go  to another line our party room is not a room it s a hallwayby the bathrooms. No plastic knife to cut cake horrible experience $245.00 later kids got 45 min jump time what a ripoff

A little dirty but mostly a good experience.  Staff is usually helpful and friendly.  Toddler Time is currently our favorite time, less busy.

Have a toddler. The toddler times in awesome because they get access to the "big kid" section. Lots of energy out!

Lots of fun, quite dirty/stained-- needs some maintenance work just on general upkeep. Trampoline area is fine :)
