Just come today for a birthday party. Here is my experience: 

The place is very hard to find: no recognizable sign from outside. The Google map &Waze give wrong location.

Try to call them for directions, 10 minutes waiting, never got through: early Sunday morning, almost no crowds, just no answer.

All of the guests must fill out personal information (both parents & kids) into their computer system, from Birthdays, home address, phone numbers to email addresses, you could NOT skip any information!!! And they don't have disclosure. I don't know how they will use and share the information.

When I came in and only two stuff at different desk. Talked to one of them before filling the form on computer. Once I finished within 2 minutes, she is gone. Waiting for a while, have to switch to another staff's line (only two people including me), waiting for another 10 minutes. Then the staff I originally talked came back. Thank goodness, I am happy to get kids ready to go inside which over 30 minutes already passed.

I won't hold any kids party over here. I probably won't come here in the future for kids birthday party!

I just hosted a birthday party for my son at Get AIR KOP. We have been to this park a while back and he loved it so it seemed like a good idea at the time. Our experience turned out to be far less than perfect. First of all, our food did not arrive on time as promised, the staff was not helpful at all (we had to chase after them for additional napkins, utensils etc.). They provide zero assistance with the party itself. No one even checked on us for the entire duration. The bathroom are also just awful. I couldn't even take my 4 yr old to the bathroom because all stalls were clogged without any toilet paper. I've tried letting the supervisor on staff know but no one was even available. I tried calling back another day but no one available yet again.

My kids love Get Air and we go a lot. I am writing this review for a different reason though. I lost my wallet a few days ago and just received it in the mail today from Get air with everything still in it. Apparently I lost it while I'm the facility and they took time to mail it back to me with a nice note and 2 one hour free jump sessions. Thank you Get Air - class act!!

Lots of fun but also lots of unsupervised kids who take advantage of the busy staff on the floor. Would like to see more staff members in each area to provide better supervision or rules and safety.

Great indoor fun. A much larger variety of trampolines than their competitors.  The Ninja course is an added bonus. My kids want to come here every week.
