I've been a customer with Get It Now for many years now! Gave them many referrals and business. Most of my furniture in my house is from there company and most is paid off. Now that the Neenah Wi location got a new manager, they are unwilling to work with me in any way. I have always paid, they always get there money and this new manager likes to talk down to people and treat them like dirt. After my current loan with them is paid off i will NEVER take out another loan with them. All there employees have changed too. They all seem to be like the new manager now. That's not how to keep or get business.

Like most financing places, you end up paying at least 3 times what the item is worth. They aren't up to date on technology apparently seeing that you have to call or come in person to pay instead of doing it online. If youre late on a payment prepare for 2-3 phone calls a day.   Be smart and save up or shop used!

We've purchased both a tv and computer through them. We've had nothing but great service, both items paid off early, and we keep getting rewards and "loyal customer" deals. We will probably use them again.
