PC Mechanics has fixed my computer at least 4 times over the past several years.  It is nice to have knowledgeable staff and they get issues fixed quickly.  I highly recommend their service!....thank you for being in Neenah also and for providing me valuable tips regarding my computer.

I've done business with PCM personally and professionally. I've never been disappointed. Everyone there is knowledgeable and gives credible advise regarding repairs needed.  Work/ repairs done are effective and efficient. Excellent local small business worth of your support.

I just bought a computer system from PC Mechanics to upgrade to Windows 10 for my transcription work at home.  Everything is running smoother than I anticipated, having had a bad experience with Best Buy in the past.  I was skeptical at first, but now they have restored my faith in customer service and all around helpfulness.  I strongly recommend PC Mechanics for those who just want a smooth transition in upgrading.
