Sadly both times I went I was unable to drink what I ordered. The first time it was a fruit smoothie ( not made with fruit but a corn syrup fruit substitute) the last time we drive thru I ordered an Americano. Yes, you're thinking that one couldn't taste bad but like the cappuccino person, I couldn't drink it. We were on the 101 so didn't want to turn around so I called them and made a very polite attempt to let them know but I got hung up on. Had I been treated kindly, my rating would have improved for the kindness factor.

Everytime i go there ive been there 4x it is diffrent drink and I always get the same thing. Because the 1st time it was kinda decent so the next 3x i asked to help fix it. And this 3rd time. I cant even finish it without being disgusted and all i got was a cappuccino.  All 3x horribly diffrent from the 1st.
