Only 1 stat because google forces 1 star.. At first they seem worried about your problems but after a few long visits they just try to rush you in and out. And on top of it they can never answer their phones amd the one in Merced could give a f*** if your a patient .. cant believe they call themselves providers .. just wanted to warn everybody about their unprofessionalism

Wait time is long everytime 2.5 hrs to 4hrs no walk ins after 12 noon. However the doctor I got was very professional and really nice and helped me when I was very ill. Building didn't look the best but staff seems very nice.

Word of advice, if you are looking to be seen, always schedule an appointment. You'll wait forever if you don't. They take walk ins from 8 am to 10 am, so plan to schedule your appointment around 11 am if you want to be seen quickly. The staff there are obviously over-worked which can lead to forgetfulness, however we have to remember that they only have like 5 employees for an office that sees more than 20 people a day (estimate). Once seen by the doctor, they listened to my concerns and answered my questions and referred me to the applicable places to get tested. They prescribed me 2 things, an anti inflammatory which never made it to the pharmacy (they were very swamped that day and it's partly my fault for not following up when I found out it wasn't at the pharmacy, but I did take some over the counter stuff) but the second one did. From the looks of things, they have some outdated and overused equipment which could add to the wait time. All in all, for what they can provide they do a wonderful job. They deserve more recognition then people give them credit for. They're working in a low income area where a large portion of the population is on government medical insurance (medi-cal) and they don't receive all that much from that.

Filthy clinic. The patient restroom all tagged up. The rooms are dirty, holes on walls, carpet a century old and dirty. waiting time is worse then the emergency room. Staff is un polite, they don't even greet you or make you feel welcome. I never coming here again. To make things worst your blood drawer picks up a cotton ball that fell on the floor and put it on open wounds were the syringe was. ..nice!
