Im sorry to say that a friend of mine, newly diagnosed that very day by Dr.Johnson with diabetes, had a sugar so high the meter couldn't read it.......was sent home with pills and he did NOT give him a shot to take it down ! He ended up in the emergency room. I never seen such negligence in all my life. He could have died because he did not do his job as a doctor. Beware people......beware. We were in the waiting room for 6 long hours before he was even called back for help.......the Dr's in the ER were amazed that Dr.Johnson did not help him. They shook their heads in disgust !

Why does their receptionist or whomever answers their phone regarding appointments sound so mad like they are tired of answering phone calls. Your working in a health field, your position is a receptionist, people call with problems and your job is to connect callers to their needs. Please get a different job if your not passionate about helping others. feel proud of what you do, not sitting there wishing you was elsewhere.

I've been to this facility a few times and had a great experience with Dr. Flores but I never get any type of follow up. I definitely won't be going back after my most recent visit, it's been an entire month and I still haven't received a referral or gotten my blood test results back. It took me having to call them for them to tell me that the blood tests were fine and I'm on a waiting list for a referral... If I'm going to spend my money here to be seen then I expect a phone call telling me at least that, instead of waiting an entire month wondering.

Apparently having an appointment means nothing at this facility. As a new patient I waited an hour past my appointment time that it took me 3 weeks to get in the first place even after I advised them that I needed to leave by 3 to pick up my children. So unless you just like to go the the doctor for fun and don't actually have a problem that needs treatment I would not go here!!

HORRIBLE MEDICAL CLINIC. HORRIBLE STAFF. HORRIBLE MEDICAL FOLLOW UP. THEY TREAT EVERYONE LIKE CRAP! WORST MEDICAL CARE! I WOULD RATHER TRUST HILLARY CLINTON WITH MY LIFE! SO LIVID WITH THIS PLACE. IT'S LIKE A NIGHTMARE!
