Please just stay away. The staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. They cannot give you a straight forward answer on pricing!!

So I love my doctor and the nurse staff in the back. I just can’t give them above one star because the lady at the check in desk is so rude. She sits to the right side and never changes that blank expression on her face. I’ve heard her argue with patients while waiting to go back. I really like my doctor but I’m looking elsewhere because I can’t deal with her attitude every time I walk in there.

Went in for first appointment and within 5 min walked out. Rude and inconsiderate is just the beginning of my issues with this office. I should have checked these reviews first they are accurate as far as the negative side.

Never been real happy with this place and now I'm getting a call from someone at Palmetto something or other which is not even in the same location. The lady on the phone said that my doctor was no longer with that practice, and asked if I wanted to stay there or follow the doctor. I just want to get my medicine refilled because they won't except refill requests from the pharmacy. The one positive thing about this practice are the ladies in the blood testing lab. They have always been super nice and done a great job. Unfortunately it's not enough to get them over a one star in my book.

I don't know about some of you but I am going to miss Dr. Ballard.  The woman I saw today was rude and there is no way we are going to see eye to eye in the future (her assistant was sweet).  MVFM helped themselves picking my new primary care physician without my consent.....not acceptable!  Time to look elsewhere.  Very unhappy with the new staff!
