Everyone there is cheerful, friendly and helpful. The classes are terrific. The teachers are too. I love it there. You make a lot of friends.

SSI has been great!  I have been a member of a few health clubs over the past years and this one has finally met my needs.  
Aside from the very friendly and helpful staff, SSI does not just ask you to sign the dotted line and then leave you to figure out what to do next on your fitness journey. As a part of your membership, you are evaluated at your current fitness level and then as you progress, you are given annual health assessments to see your progress. This keeps me in line and motivated.  I have had more success here than any other gym!

I have been both a physical therapy patient and a gym member off and on for many years.All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. A gym membership includes many fitness classes, great equipment and the use of a wonderful pool-which has become my favorite place to exercise. Whether you are in need of physical therapy or looking for a great place to exercise, I don't think there is anywhere better!
