If I could rate this company as a 0 I would. My son had his car repoed. Yes, it was his fault that he didn't keep up the car payments. I also understand that they are there to do their job but to say that they are $50 daily when clearly the sign that the gps directs you to say 25 daily. The people are rude and try to shove fishing poles into a trash bag. Very disrespectful of personal property. I have called my bank to make sure that they knew who they were dealing with. They told me that they have so many complains against this towing company that they will now, most likely, be blackballed off of there list. I know life happens and these people are trying to earn a living but there is a fine line between doing a job and being straight rude. It seems to me that they don't want to give the car back they want to be able to sell your car straight down to whatever is in your car, I'm sure your underwear would be included in that.

I almost didn't call due to reviews but my experience reminded me that people who do reviews rarely do them as a pat on the back. I'm glad I called. The woman who answered the phone Angie was courteous and helpful ; I was freaking out and her assurance calmed me down. They arrived in approximately an hour which was in my opinion acceptable. The new owner Sergio went above and beyond for me, even helped with suggestions for repair places. Hopefully I won't need a towing service anytime soon but if I do.. this is my go to. Thanks Guys!!

they don't deserve a star they took my car and they were suppose to take a different car. that's what happens when your worker don't do their job by checking the VIN # OR TAG # BEFORE TAKING A CAR

They don't even deserve one star but to put up an honest review that's what you have to do. I also wanted to report on here that this is the most dishonest towing company. Everyone that I spoke to about them say they're scum bags that nobody likes them they really don't even want them in their town. I've filed several complaints with places the Better Business Borough and I'm filing a formal complaint how this professional company has workers and the wife Angie Zold is very verbally abusive and the co-worker Kimberly Hanley is physically abusive she punched me in my face. I'm filing both physical and verbal abuse complaints against all of the workers at this company, they accused the passenger of being on drugs well we went to a hospital and had a blood test done to proof that she was not using drugs so that will be another charge against them for falsely accusing her and also that she had no legal right to search the car and I went to my lawyer and also filed a lot of charges. Giannone Towing. I would never recommend this towing company ever. And they steal money from innocent young people. Karma will come back to each and everyone of them for treating people the way they do. After doing a review with the Montgomery county criminal dockets which are made public the owner of this company has been confined several times to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility for IDENTITY THEFT, BURGLARY, THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE, FALSE IMPRESON PRIVATELY EMP LOYED, RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON and the list goes on and on. GO ON GOOGLE AND PUT IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY CRIMINAL RECORDS CLICK ON COURT RECORDS/E-FLING CRIMINAL THEN CLICK ON PA. UNIFIED JUDICIAL SYSTEM SEARCH UNDER SEARCH TYPE SELECT PARTICIPANT NAME PUT IN THE OWNERS NAME "" CARMINO MICHAEL GIANNONE "" UNDER DOCKET TYPE SELECT CRIMINAL AND THEN HIT SEARCH AND ALL OF HIS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND WILL BE DISPLAYED FOR ALL TO SEE. OR YOU CAN JUST GO TO GOOGLE AND PUT IN (UJSPORTAL.PACOURTS.US) and then put in that same name CARMINO MICHAEL GIANNONE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Also this is the wrong address their towing company is located at 908 DEKALB STREET BRIDGEPORT PA. 19405 not the address that's on this site.

No other towing company in all of norristown (I know because I called them all) was willing and or able to tow and salvage my 22 foot box truck out of a driveway along a narrow road with two way traffic and cars parked on one side for free. They went above and beyond my expectations of removing a 19000 lb truck with the parking brake still engaged. They were the only tow truck company to keep their word and even showed up on the same day. Thank you so much Giannone!
