You get your moneys worth. Gym is clean and the Staff is nice but you get what you pay for. You can tell that not much of your $10 dollars a month payment goes back into the business as they are constantly rotating staff. Price point and location are still enough to make it a great value.

Equipment to close together. Place can get pretty crowded where they have the free weights making it difficult to find space to workout. In the summer they keep AC set too high. It gets pretty warm in the building. If you like sweating even before you work out this is the place for you. The only plus is that they have plenty of exercise equipment.

This place has the worst billing department I've ever come across. I moved out of the area with proof of military orders to cancel my membership and they continued billing me. Then, after I paid numerous late fees because my debit card was cancelled (due to an updated card, not on my own accord) they told me I was out of the books. These events took place last year. Now, I have not step foot in that establishment for 2 years and I JUST HAD 10$ TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THIS PLACE THIS MONTH! They continued billing me when I was in South Carolina and now are doing the same while in Virginia. Absolutely the most frustrating thing when I have a million other things to worry about. Hopefully whoever keeps your records is fired at the very least because they are doing a very poor job.
