The people that work there are great, but it's a small store so they often don't have what I'm looking for

I waited about 15 mins at self-check out for some to help to help me.  3 employees ignored me and one young lady told me to wait a minute when I finally asked if she could help me.

A reasonable grocery store that was once great.  The stores don't have meat cutters in the store any more, so forget custom cuts, it's all wrapped in plastic.  And if you send a note to their consumer services (hah!) they won't reply.  They tell you they take your note seriously but by not replying they can do more for you.  Ha!  They don't care.  

This is a once locally-owned chain that's now in the hands of absentee owners who are making like all their other stores, and taking out the special service that we once had from Giant.  

I now usually go to Harris Teeter, just up the street.  They have meat cutters in the store, and they respond fast to customer comments.
