Customer service is a 5, quality of food a 3. I have had to return products several times throughout the year, nothing awful, just an inconvenience which makes me wonder about the quality. Prices are decent, natural food/ organic food they do keep prices competitive which is good. Their Nature's Promise brand is very good.

The location is excellent as is the pastry selection. Produce is ok but not the best among area Giant stores. The store is always busy and check out lines often are long on the weekends.

Good variety of foods; deli counter, several ethnic foods and spices sections, (Latino, Asian, kosher meats...). One of their larger stores. Ample parking.

Almost any other grocery store is better than Giant. It has the highest prices and the lowest quality. Nothing really is interesting here. Shoppers has better prices. Whole Foods has better items. Also Harris Teeters is more interesting. I don't know why anyone comes here

Good selection of foods unlike some of their other locations. Employees are friendly and helpful if your looking for something. The main thing I really liked is more than five registers (not including self check out, but was open) were open. Didn't have to stand in line long.
