Tall big woman that works Graveyard is very unpleasant, and rude, Alicia I believe is your name, I'm in contact with superiors as well As your co-workers who when I described your demeanor quickly assumed it was you. You screaming and threatening me with law enforcement for charging my phone with the visible exposed outlet outside of building, was not appropriate and inexcusable. How dare u shout at me the way u did. I am the customer you serve me (customer) I do not understand how you are employed if you treat customers with such hostility??I'm not in anyway done with this complaint on you. The store manager needs to look for your replacement.

An older lady that works there gave me a different pack of cigarettes than I asked for. I didn't realize that it was the wrong item that I asked for until after I purchased it. I told the cashier that this was not the thing I asked for and wanted her to exchange it. She refused and told me "it's not her problem." It was 4 am so there was no manager on site to talk to.
