It's a nice Walgreens store, it's large, clean, has variety of items, it a great place for quick shopping. They have a bike rack front of the store. The staff is fine. I honestly prefer the Walgreens store on Lohman and Roadrunner

Just called to speak to a pharmacist because my job does business frequently with this particular Walgreens. Woman was completely rude and hung up on me. It's disgusting how people who are supposed to be helping others act so pig headed.

This pharmacy has been so difficult to work with and this has gone on for years.  I have to use them because they are "preferred" by  my insurance company.  A recent example is that I dropped off a new script for the same medicine that I have used for asthma for over 10 years.  I dropped it off on Friday, August 25.  Today is August 30.  The prescription has not been filled.  Thanks be to God, my doctor had some samples.  They also love to put script on auto refill and then fill it two weeks early.  This puts money in their pocket early - but takes is out of mine.  Beware.  They have even called doctors for refills on mendication that I don't need and that I have not requested.  This is NOT unusual.

I have been going to this store for about a year now. I can say the pharmacy staff are really helpful (especially Miguel) and fast. Thanks!
