Mike is a great person and lawyer. He is honest,caring and there are not enough good things I could say about him. He completely changed the way I feel about lawyers. He picked up one time on the first ring at 1230 am personally and spoke with me. He resolves issues  quickly and gets results. I can tell you personally do not rely on others for advice when it comes to this type of law its best to get an attorney and Mike is the best.
His book Pa gun law was a great read my wife and I enjoyed as well.

My experience with Attorney Mike Giaramita was incredible. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about PA Gun Laws and my criminal defense needed his expertise. He was responsive, and made me feel like he was available anytime I contacted him. Mike was very forthcoming and honest with me about my charges, and he explained everything to me so that I completely understood. He shared all possibilities, and shared his hopes for my outcome, but was realistic. He was patient and personally engaged to defend me. The result of my case was amazing, and I know it's because I had Mike Giaramita in my corner. I recommend him to anyone that needs a knowledgeable, effective, and determined lawyer.

After many hours of research of looking for help with my situation, I was referred to Michael from another individual that I spoke with via a google search. I am writing this review because prior to this, I had a less than great experience with another attorney, and it was very discouraging. The first time I called Michael, we had a fantastic conversation where he took the time to understand what I was going through. I decided to engage Michael after we discussed everything in more detail, and I am very glad I did. I now consider him someone that I can turn to for not only my current situation, but for any and all questions I might have. We are still communicating and he always responds very timely, with sincere honesty, and with full availability and transparency. I can't thank him enough for his help and also, for providing me with the peace of mind that now I am involved with someone who will help get it done. Lastly, Michael likes to win, so be prepared, he moves quick!

Far Exceeded Expectations
Mr. Giaramita helped me with a challenging motor vehicle matter. The result he obtained far exceeded what the other two attorneys I had consulted even deemed as being “within reason.” His confidence, knowledge and charisma made my legal matter virtually disappear. As much as I love Pennsylvania and the freedoms we have here, I would not have expected an attorney like this outside of a very expensive Manhattan law firm. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

I have been a Pennsylvania Constable for over 25 years. I met Mike Giaramita on December 6, 2013 at a US Law Shield Seminar in Harrisburg PA. Mike G., as I will refer to him, was was teaching class on the Second Amendment and Justified Use of Deadly Force and how it applies to Pennsylvania firearms law. I was so impressed not only with Mike's knowledge of the law, but how he presented it to the audience. I was also aware of the law suit Mike G. filed against the city of Harrisburg and explained to him my passion for the protection of our 2nd Amendment rights. I asked how I could get involved in the law suit, and was glad to become a plaintiff. Throughout that lawsuit, I was pleased to see Mike win battle after battle against the City on my behalf. I have witnessed Mike on many occasions address various groups on many topics regarding Criminal law, Criminal procedure and firearms law. I am proud to say that Mike is my Attorney.
