Beware! Do you like hair in your food? I am only writing this review because this is now the second time this has happened with this place
I had hair baked into my bagel!  I just recently went to the Windsor location because I was wanting a bagel and I was thinking since it was a different location I shouldn't be worried but I was so wrong! I had hair in my cream cheese! And it definitely was not my hair!  I have my concerns with the cleanliness of these places! I will now never go here again! And I will recommend no one else does either because that is just disgusting!

Love this place!  Best bagel around Fort Collins by far! I've been to Rocky mountain bagel works a couple times as well and absolutely hate it compared with Gib's. Their bagels are always fresh with plenty of options to choose from. You can customize your bagel and make it however you like! They have a ton if different bagels, cream cheese, and bagel sandwich options. Everybody I know goes here and loves it as well. They have fair prices, have a loyalty card which they make very easy to get free stuff. The restaurant has quite a few tables and the store is always very clean.. They are always very quick, even with long lines, it moves fast!

Try it, I promise you won't be disappointed! Yrs always a great way to get your day going!

This placed has the best bagels! Been coming here for years. You can buy packs of bagels and cream cheese to go too.

Best bagels west of Mississippi. If you've had a great New York bagel, and are looking for one out west, Gibs is the place. Also, best employees ever....

Wonderful bagel place. Great, friendly staff, delicious food with many options for whatever your taste may be, give it a try at least once and you will most likely really enjoy it. Just a plain or egg bagel with cream cheese toasted is already really great and simple, but if you want something more savory, I would recommend a sausage and egg bagel on an egg bagel toasted. Or pretty much anything else on the menu, really just some great food here. Also, be sure to try a Pi Chai latte with whole milk if you go, it is just fantastic. One thing is, the cake bite things are really, really sweet; but if you like the taste of frosting a lot, then definitely try them.
