Unacceptable is all I can say. We went there for a quick lunch and my wife's soup was cold. She took it straight up to the cook station and was told "there is a microwave over there by the coffee that you can use". No sorry nothing. To pay $25.00 for soup and sandwiches and be told to heat it up yourself is unacceptable... This is the last time we will go to Panera on College.

First time trying Panera. The place was clean, employees were friendly enough, food came out fast. The food is awful considering what it costs though. I don't think it has anything to do with the location. I think Panera just serves crappy food. I won't be back to any of their locations. This was an absolute waste of nearly $10.

Fresh food, pricey but great lunch options. Good service at this location! Parking options could be better.

Panera is always a great place to eat when your food is made right. Awesome Wifi, great customer service, fast ordering and product output. However, I am allergic to onions. If you get their detailed menu it will show ingredients with what the menu option is made with. However, not all ingredients are listed and I sometimes forget to tell them no onions just to make sure. I forget because if you look at their menu and seeing all of the ingredients, it's easy to forget that they aren't showing all of their ingredients for that option. So it makes me mad that I then have to send back the food and have them remake it. Sometimes I find people trying to just remove the onions and what they don't realize is the food is already contaminated and it can still make me sick. Luckily it won't send me to the hospital. But for those whom are deathly allergic and need hospital assistance I hope they sue one of these restaurants one day for being negligent.
