Their website claims they handle lawsuits for wage claims

I called to set up a consultation, explained the clear evidence I have and they said they don't handle my type of case and gave me a phone number to a federal service. 

Shady!  If you advertise that you cover and area of law:
1) do so
2) be honest if you c ant go up against a major Corp.
3) change your website so people don't think you actually practice in those areas of law.

At the very least try being honest to the people you turn down.  Lying loses all credibility

Russell S. Fuerst = 5 STARS WELL DESERVED!!!  Russ did an amazing job for my son & I.  I know he doesn't practice family law anymore, which is sad since he was so competent.  I can NEVER thank him enough for helping my family overcome a truly difficult situation.

My son is 18 now and we will never forget Russ, he is truly a compassionate & professional attorney.  You could never go wrong hiring him if you want a real person, instead of a stuft suit!

The entire office staff is capable & supportive btw, I have never been disappointed by their office.
