James Gibson and his team are just another level of service when it comes to a home transaction.  My wife and I struggled with trying to sell on our own or listing with a realtor… we did not regret the choice of using Gibson.  They went above and beyond, communicated extremely well, and they paid for themselves.  I believe our above asking price offer was because of their marketing and planning.  Our experience was definitely 5-star.

Amber was incredible to work with. Our house was under contract in less than 12 hours for considerably more than the listing price. She helped us in the purchase of our new home and worked with us in an unconventional manner, as we did a FSBO. She just wanted to make sure we were taken care of, and was amazing through the whole process. She's interested in helping people, and making sure her clients best interests are seen to.
