Gidas is the most dependable flower service in Pittsburgh! I always feel comfortable with the arrangements they put provide. I've only ever had one issue and it was due to timing; as a result, they refunded all of my money the next day and still delivered the order the following Monday free of charge!  Excellent service!

I live in Florida and wanted to send my mom some flowers for her birthday from a local florist in Pittsburgh where she lives. I made the call to Gidas down the street from my moms work and told the florist What Type of arrangement I wanted for my mom. She threw in some amazing ideas and made the arrangement absolutely perfect! I love giving back to local communities and will definitely use them again. My mom was so impressed. She sent me a picture of the flowers, and they surpassed my expectations. The owner even called to make sure everything was perfect with the delivery. Thank you guys! Glad I chose you for my local florist needs!

I ordered flowers, balloons, and a stuffed animal for my girlfriend's birthday to be delivered to the restaurant (for which we had reservations that evening).  

The delivery driver called my girlfriend and told her the restaurant that we were going to (which was supposed to be a surprise) and what I got her (which was also supposed to be a surprise).  

They told her to pretend that the call didn't happen, and did not call me to let me know they screwed up. When I called they played stupid for as long as they could (no integrity) and only after I confronted them did they apologize.  I asked for a refund and they simply said all they could offer was an apology.  The manager called me back and refunded the delivery charge.   

Oh wait, no they didn't refund me anything.  The charged my card a second time for the lesser amount.  I will be calling to get that sorted out on Monday.

Thanks for ruining the surprise and my enjoyment of what was supposed to be a special day.  Appreciate it!

I ordered flowers for my Uncle's Funeral on a Saturday for a Sunday Funeral. The flowers were delivered with 4 hours of the order and they were excellent. Great Value for the arrangement I picked, Great Job Gida's!!!
