I have been using Esser's for years. Their service and the quality of their flowers are excellent.

I ordered 4 purple orchids in a planter with other plants and dried flowers in a vase with a purple bow,  there were only 2 flowers with 3 stems and nothing else, the orchids were minitures and the bow was small and uneven, I paid $84.00 for this, it was for a lifelong friend who passed, each orchid was to represent one of her 4 children, I was so embarrassed of this arrangement as I ordered for several friends, I could have gotten better at Walmart, it was so cheap looking, I will never order here again, the arrangements used to be original and beautiful.  What happened!

If I could give them a zero I would.  We had snow on Valentine's Day, which I understand things happen.  Thing is they don't call to tell you they might not make it and don't answer the phone on Valentine's Day.  I guess they can't be bothered.  I went down in person at 130pm to make sure they'd make it, and they said they would.  We waited til 5pm which is really pushing it to begin with, and my girlfriend was in the shower and missed a call from them.  

You don't call someone ahead of time to deliver flowers that is about the strangest business practice I've ever heard of.  The surprise is a huge part of it, and any idiot knows this.  Do they call ahead on someone's birthday to let them know they're getting flowers?  Judging by their incompetence I guess they would.  I scheduled the delivery, someone will be there, get off your *** and starting driving to deliver them.  I'm not waiting by the phone all day.  No one should.

The best part?  They didn't make it.  Said they'd deliver them 9-1pm the next day.  They showed up at 1:05pm, while my girlfriend was trying to get out the door because she had somewhere to be.  Both of us have had to babysit them the entire weekend and mess up our schedules just to get these flowers I ordered almost a month ago.  Not to mention the surprise was completely ruined (the owner also told her what kind of flowers they were over the phone.  Seriously?).  

Weather aside, they take way too many orders on special occasions, then don't offer a refund even just for the delivery fee.  When you complain they offer no solutions just empty apologies.  Oh sorry, they offered my girlfriend a box of chocolates that you can buy at any drug store.  They're a joke of a business and shouldn't BE in business.  Anyone could open a flower shop tomorrow and use more common sense than these people.  Don't give them a penny.

I have used this florist several times. The arrangements have never received anything but praise from my girlfriend and the ladies at work. Delivery charges are reasonable. Highly recommended!
