We are a locally owned, individual coffee house located (close to MS&T campus) off of Hwy 63 and the corner of 8th street. We focus on espresso based beverages such as lattes/mochas/americanos, great house brews and pour over coffees.
We utilize the following roasting companies: Chauvin out of St. Louis, PT's out of Topeka, Intelligentsia from Chicago, Mountain Air from Asheville, Onyx out of Fayetteville, Blue Print out of St. Louis, La Colombe from Chicago, Chromatic Coffee from San Jose and our very own local Rolla roaster Sacred Seed.
We offer a variety of items that include: cold brews, fresh drip, pour overs, frozen coffees(Featured in Specialty Coffee Magazine 2013), hand brewed Iced Teas and seasonal specials/house made syrups.
