Very pleased with service received.  On time, curious, personable, professional, knowledgeable and compatitavely priced.  Had some other company come out prior, they not only were much more expensive, but also could not answer simple questions about product/job/warranty (water heater installation).  Would definitely use again and recommend to friends/family.

We have a lift station overflowing. This plumbing outfit wants their phone number on the cabinet but when asked to find a solution to an extended power outage they reverse their stance to make it so the homeowner is at fault. All that is being asked of them is to call a VAC. Truck until power is restored instead they would like to waste everyone's time standing aside and doing nothing, I'm sorry to even have that phone number on the cabinet.
DEP and EPA found this story fascinating. Please be careful who is watching over your equipment.

Over the past 5 years, we've had Gideons & Greco plumbers out 3 or 4 times.  Each time, issues resolved quickly and the fellows were pleasant and capable.  The only thing better would have been free. :) Will continue to use them and recommend to friends & family.

Will admit as a caveat: I was naturally expecting to get screwed when the feed line from the street to the house burst because of a previous owner's poor repair work.  A plumber came out, assessed the situation, explained the problem, the steps needed to rectify it, got to work, answered my questions, finished quickly and with high quality, and best of all charged me a fair buck for a fair job done.  I can say when I need a plumber in an emergency I will look to Gideons & Greco to be reliable, honest and professional.

I just had my supply lines in my whole house repiped by Gideons & Greco Plumbing. I have used them for my business for several years and they have always done very good work. Naturally, they were the first company I called when I decided to repipe. I also priced out 4 other companies and Gideons was one of the fairest offers.  I was very impressed by their work, and I was equally impressed that they cleaned up after themselves.  I highly recommend Gideons & Greco Plumbing.
