Wanted to charge over $150 to unclog a drain when all it took was Draino. Very rude and unprofessional.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable service.  We were having problems with the pressure and temperature in our shower.  Both problems were fixed within 30 minutes.  We now laugh every time we shower as the pressure is so amazing, it feels like a spa.  I can't believe we took such "weak" showers for so long. Our time showering has been cut in half.  Thanks!

Called to get an approximate price for a specific promlem, was told they don't give out prices before they know what the problem is. I stated I wanted to know what the standard charge is for replacement of valve - she said they'd have to come out for $49 first - I guess they tailor their prices on how stupid the customer is, I stated that to the person who answered, and she confirmed. I sent her to hell (if that exists) :D  I don't recommend dealing with such companies (especially if you are a woman).

We have used Parker Plumbing for over 5 years and have always been very satisfied with their quality of work and expert plumbers.  We continue to use them and recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.  Parker Plumbing definitely stands out in customer service and professionalism.
