Wow!  I wouldn't even leave 1 star. I had a gift basket delivered to a friend of mine having knee surgery.  We paid over $100 for a pampering basked to be delivered.  They delivered her a basket with used nail polish (no I am not kidding) crest white strips, old earrings, arthritis cream and more horrible items. Luckily my friend knew it wasn't our character to send her such a thing and called this place. They apologized and said they sent her the wrong item and then delivered the correct one. I called to ask what had happened and I got hung up on. Supposedly they were having bad phone service. Stay away from this place. I will never use them again. Being out of town I would have had no idea she received the wrong basket.  Here is the basket they sent. The one she was supposed to receive had all kinds of bath and body plush items.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!  Unprofessional, disinterested, humiliated my wife on her birthday ... cannot begin to tell everyone how much I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE THEM NOT TO USE GIG HARBOR FLORIST.  It used to be a respected business in the Gig Harbor area -- NO MORE!!  The owner even told me "eff-you" over the phone with my six year old son in the car.  (I had complained because I called at 9 AM, spoke with  Doug who assured me the flowers would be delivered before 3:30 the same day.  The woman I spoke with on the phone told me I should have considered calling the day before to order.  When I told her I checked to ensure same day delivery, she said "eff you." )  Horrible, HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT.  Thank you, Gig Harbor Florist, for ruining my wife's birthday and a special delivery.  
If you want a good laugh, call their phone number and listen to their voicemail cover; it's no wonder they are being sued.  Big mistake on my part.  DO NOT GO TO GIG HARBOR FLORIST, EVER!!!!!

OMG! No stars should be allowed. My coworkers sent me an arrangement for my dad's passing. It never arrived. I went to work after the bereavement leave and was asked if I enjoyed the flowers they sent. They called and asked about it, were told it would be delivered today. It was...the same small batch of 5.99 of Charmelia's I purchased from Fred Meyer!!!!! I called the owner Mary Mitchell. She chewed me out and was beyond vulgar. She slured her words and sounded drunk. She told me she was going to have an attorney send ME a letter. I hung up and she called me back! I finally had my husband answer and she hung up.

So disappointed. Uninterested on the phone, specified "no yellow", they sent a Bouquet of only yellow sunflowers. Very rude response afterword when I reached out. Seems like they have had experienced this before, referred me to a lawyer.

I ordered flowers (I am in Colorado) for my niece in Gig Harbor... she said that they arrived so very FRESH and ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL !!! She was thrilled and so was I since they were so fresh. Makes such a difference ordering LOCAL!  THANK YOU SO MUCH.  Would definitely recommend and use again.
