I was represented by Joseph Gigliotti in a labor case disputing back OT pay. Mr. Gigliotti was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job representing me with a speedy resolution to my case. I am pleased with the way he handled my case and his results. He answered all my questions and was easy to communicate with.If I called his office he answered or called me back quickly. No phone tag with him. He was respectful and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was in a situation at work where I was getting taken advantage of because I was considered a 'salaried' employee. I called a couple other attorneys and they were vague, did not answer my questions and made me feel since it wasn't a 'big money' case that it was not worth pursuing. However, for me it was not so much about the money anymore it was about the justice and standing up for my rights. I called Joseph Giglotti and from the first phone call he took interest in my case. He did not make me feel like a dollar sign but a person. He guided me through the entire process and represented me. Everything started and finished within a few months. In the deposition he represented me well and would not let me answer questions I shouldn't or would stop me if I was saying to much.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone. You do not want an attorney who makes you feel like they do not care, or never calls you back or does not give you a straight answer.

This law firm cares and is on top of all of their cases.

Mr. Gigliotti recently represented my husband in a case regarding some back pay that he was owed. The minute we stepped into his office we knew we had the right lawyer. Mr Gigliotti was both friendly and professional. He was always there to answer any questions we had and kept us updated on every aspect of the case. In the end we were able to settle the case quickly and to our satisfaction.

I needed help and didn't know where to go. MR. Gigliotti was respectful, kind, and reassuring. He know's the law like know one I've ever met. He was quick and  professional with all matters of the case. He brought the balance of justice to the playing field. I would recommend Gigliottii & Gigliottii to anyone seeking guidance in these delicate matter's.
