Since being at this office for over 3yrs I have not once met Dr. Gilcrease. I would always see the NP. Olivia and Rebecca used to be the NPs and they were great. Since they have both left there is a new NP there. I went into the room with my husband for a throat infection and she gave him cough medicine after basically having to beg for it. She then turned around to look at me and said that she was prescribing this for him. She looked at me as though I was going to drink my husbands cough syrup. I was so upset that she did that. Very unprofessional. The front desk staff has an attitude and good luck trying to get an appointment there. They are not willing to work with you. Save your time and go to ARC.

Worst medical facility ever. I am a new patient with good insurance. I have had one appt in late October. I was told I needed to come in today. When I got there I was turned away due to a $25.09 balance. Russell Furth, the office manager was so rude he should not be allowed to talk to anyone.

I have been to several Doctor's offices over my lifetime and like many sometimes this one experiences challenges. However, I still believe it is one of the best in the area. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Gilcrease Medical Group for over 10yrs they often can get us in for urgent needs within 24hrs or less. They never prescribe unnecessarily, take their time to listen to the patient and offer alternative solutions and not just a prescription. Like I stated they are not perfect none of us are but they are very good I would recommend them to a friend or relative.

Dr. Gilcrease and his nurse Robin are very kind and helpful every time I visit. They go out of their way to make the patients feel comfortable and cared for. I wish I could say the same about his office staff. I've never met a group of folks, particularly medical staff, so unwilling to help or show even an ounce of compassion towards the patients.
