We used Gilkey Windows twice now, and I am completely thrilled with the products we have!  The first experience was replacing a rotting master bath window.  Our new Gilkey window has been in place for two years, and works very smoothly.  I especially like the new screen configurations, which are a snap to remove & replace.  We changed our front door and side lights with Gilkey last year.  The team was very professional, the installation was a breeze, and they cleaned everything up.  My new front door has added so much beauty to our home!  I admire it every day.  Thank you Gilkey Windows for such a superior product!

Sales rep Scot Johnson was great.  We spent 10 minutes talking about windows and an hour about other stuff.  We shopped a half dozen window companies and found Gilkey to be the best mix of quality and price.  The installers were also terrific and did a beautiful job.  When I discovered a couple of issues later they came right out and got things taken care of.  The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star rating is that one of the windows was ordered backwards (could have been my fault), and then the replacement also came backwards.  Eventually it got taken care of but took quite some time.  In any case, I'd use Gilkey again and recommend them to a friend (and I have).

From the initial sales call, through installation and window performance, I'm 100% satisfied.  Unfortunately, I have 39 windows in my house and couldn't get them replaced all at once.  I will definitely be back for more!

Windows are very good and everything I expected.  The installation crew was another story.  Previously, when I had Gilkey the installer was fantastic.  This time the crew left small pieces of metal and debris on my roof, in my driveway, and all around the house.  They dropped a screw down my garbage disposal.  They were just sloppy.  They got the job done, but it wasn't pretty.
