I am excited about the quality of their product. The sales team is communicative and presents the differences against other products on the market well. However, after we set up service with them to install a patio door, we have been very disappointed in the response. We accepted the sales offer in September and didn't actually have our door installed until after Christmas. The company cancelled on us twice the day of the installation. We were told twice that a manager would be in contact to discuss and no one called. When they cancelled the first time, we just got a cancellation call. It took 9 days to get a call back about even setting up another installation day and that was after I emailed my contact, trying to figure out what was going on. 
I received a different request from the company to review them on another platform. I gave my honest opinion and immediately, a service member reached out, asking if she could call me to discuss the service at a time convenient for me. I told her my schedule and appreciated her contacting me. It has now been 3 weeks and no return call. I see no communication at this company and an extreme lack of follow up service.
When the sales team first came out, we had every intention of buying new windows the next year. After the service we've received, we have tabled that purchase until we can find a company we can trust. $20,000 is a lot to spend on a company you can't believe in.

The entire process was great from the time the sales person came to give the demonstration and initial pricing to the day of installation the process was seamless. I even had to reschedule, and that was simple.  Now that I have my new windows in and my new patio door, such an improvement, my house looks great and I’ve had many compliments from the neighbors.

Windows are sooooo much better than what I had. More light....no heat from the sun.
They are great! The installers were the best people I have ever had come to my home.
Next house I own these will be the first upgrade I do!

We are very pleased with our 3 upstairs bedroom windows.  We have an older home so the original windows and paint were showing their age (80 yrs!). Anderson was able to match the style and paint color perfectly. The room seems warmer and more comfortable.  The installers were very professional and answered all our questions about the process. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Anderson renewal windows. The windows are custom made so it took a couple of months after ordering, but well worth the wait. Installation of the three windows took less than 3 hours! Amazing!

Had an appointment set up, the company called us 2 and 3 times a day for 2 weeks to ask the same questions. This company seems desperate and would not stop calling even when I asked them to. Don't use this company they were bad customer service from the arangments to just come quote the house.
