My family and I tried several local Chinese restaurants with mixed reviews before a friend recommended Ginger Bistro. Eureka, we have found the area's best, most authentic Chinese restaurant! Their crispy duck is among the best I've eaten anywhere, and the garlic grouper is my favorite dish there. Their dim sum is the lunchtime draw, but some types are available for dinner (pictured here). Coupled with their trademark pineapple fried rice (pictured), and you've got a 5-star meal to brag about.

I have been here many times and confidently bring many people here. 
The restaurant is always spotless.
The food is always fresh and well presented.
The prices are low.
The portions are large.
The food is always hot.
The service is always impeccable.
The tables are always clean.
The staff is always pleasant & presentable.
The music is low and appropriate.
The facilities are always clean.

This establishment never disappoints.

Gamble with other places, but Ginger Bistro is a sure win everytime. Praise God!

The BEST CHINESE FOOD IN FORT MYERS. I absolutely love this place! My family and I eat here all the time. I have never had a bad experience. Their dim sum is delightful. I am a picky eater and always request the holding of many ingredients for example bell peppers, and they have NEVER gotten an order wrong. Ordering take out is easy. Dine-in experience is delightful. The staff are always sweet and professional. There is disabled parking for those who need it. My favorite dish is the seafood fried rice with XO sauce. Their spicy is a mild spicy but oh so yummy! Also their Pad Thai and Singapore style noodles are amazing. All the food is mild yet wonderfully balanced with flavors. I eat here at least once a week. The prices, they are comparable to other Chinese places. I have placed pictures of the menu so you can see the options and prices.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch after searching for a good non-chain Asian restaurant. We enjoyed the lunch specials, pork belly and Mongolian Beef. The egg rolls were great! The wonton soup was amazing.  Our server kept our glasses filled and food was served promptly. We look forward to a Dim Sum date there soon!

My first Sunday DimSum here and it was excellent! There is an egg custard bun that is the best we have ever had.  One in our party has traveled Asia Pacific extensively and he agrees.  loved the beef chow fun too.  What a nice dining experience.  Definitely you should try it.
