Every SINGLE time I order from this location it is a 45-60 minute wait on delivery. I live 10 minutes from this location, in bad traffic, catching every single light. I called at 7:08PM to place my order, called back at 8:09 to ask where my order was and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. When I addressed the reason for the exceedingly long delivery, I was told several orders were in front of me and I had "only been waiting 55 minutes" according to her record. That is still unacceptable, but would be MORE acceptable if it wasn't every single time. I did not order a large amount of food, I ordered two pints, 2 appetizers and an udon. I was offered no compensation for the ridiculous wait on what is supposed to be relatively fast food. At 8:31P my order finally arrived (if you're doing the math this is now over the 10-15 minute additional estimate I was given). Now, don't get me wrong, the food is good. The prices are WAY too high but worth it if weren't for this delivery problem every time. The delivery gentleman was very sweet and apologetic. I don't know what they need to do to fix this, other than to get more delivery people, but this is an unacceptable issue. I'd rather drive 5 minutes to pick up my order from another location for a cheaper price, than order from this location again.

Was put on hold for 15 min. Then hung up called back and was finely able to put our order in. We ordered extra spice and got reg. Called to complain and she told me it was extra spicy and told her NO Its NOT and she hung up on me. Bad Custmor service we will not get food from them AGAIN! There is other place that will be glad to get our money!

The best Chinese food in Ft. Myers hands down. Hot and sour soup is the bomb.
