This restaurant always has a wait at peak hours and reservations are recommended. We just ate there for the second time in a couple of years and were fairly disappointed.

There most negative part of our experience was definitely our waiter. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the prices on the menu indicate this is to be a fairly nice dining experience but our waiter acted as if we were at a Dutch Bros drive through window. On multiple occasions, he stopped by our table while we were in conversation to ask ridiculous questions such as "do you have anything fun planned for the weekend?". It was bizarre and my husband finally had to request that he leave us alone.

The food did not taste bad but also was not great. We were actually fairly sick to our stomachs after eating here so probably will not return. I see some reviews mentioning that you have to pay extra for salad which is true but I don't find that out of the ordinary for a restaurant like this. However, I did find it obnoxious that they nickel and dime you for things like $3 for an extra basket of bread and a $20 cork fee.

i had the fish special. i had to pay extra for a salad. it was a small portion of fish on a bed of rice with shredded squash. way too sweet. my partner had the steak special that was overcooked and far too over-seasoned. the bill was $100 for 2 people and we didn't have drinks. and then my stomach was sick all night. the shaded lights were cozy at first but it was very dark in there after the sun set. if you go i recommend you stick to the menu.

This is a dangerous place... I went here for the first time today with my husband, and oh boy, the bread was so freaking good, better than any other I've ever had, the food was fantastic as well, the reason it's dangerous is because I live pretty close to it... Worth it!

All the food is amazing! Everything is made from scratch. I have a number of dietary restrictions that make going out to eat really challenging. Gino's has always been able to modify the food so that I can eat like normal! Priceless! This is my favorite restaurant, hands-down!

Disappointed. It was my birthday dinner. Service was good. But food was awful. Ordered the chicken fettuccine. Noodles were under cooked, (Chewy) And the chicken was cubed, and tough. 
You have to pay extra for soup or salad. 
The soup was good. 
Not sure we will be back.
