Great pizza! Took quite a while to get our food and service was a bit slow, but nonetheless an enjoyable experience. I loved the dimly-lit ambience; our table was under what appeared to be a tram stop and the walls were beautiful brick. Open windows to the kitchen made for an interesting view! I loved the aesthetic and the pizza - once we got it - was delicious!

We're from Chicago and love Giordanos.  This was our first time ordering  their Indianapolis location to go and we were very disappointed.  The thin crust pizza was good but the large deep dish cheese pizza we ordered was very undercooked and doughy.  We called and spoke to the manager Robin who said that the texture of the crust should be like a "memory foam mattress". She offered nothing to make up for their mistake besides for letting us know that she'll be monitoring their pizzas more closely.  

Way to go Robin.  South of Chicago Pizza in Fishers or Fountain Square has the best Chicago style deep dish in Indy.

One of the best pizzas in NE suburbs. We got the thin crust (which really isn't very thin) and it was excellent. I've never had a better crust. We got there during an off-hour and the place was not very busy. We had excellent service, the beer/wine selection was adequate, and the atmosphere was great. They have a nice outdoor dining area which would probably be great in the summer.

Having grown up in the suburbs of Chicago, I often crave a decent deep dish pizza and Giordano's is the place I choose to go in Indianapolis. Both "The Special" and the "Chicago Classic" are favorites along with their House Salad. Their pizzas take a while to bake, so I might not choose to go if I'm really hungry, but otherwise it's definitely worth the wait!

The food was absolutely amazing, best pizza we have ever had!   However,  the service may have been the worst we have ever had.   Two different waiters helped us, one manager said she would take care of our bill, then a second manager came by and took off our dessert after our bill was ran for the third time and I had to find my own pen to sign the receipt! Extremely disappointed in the service!!  Next time carry out bc the pizza is delicious!
