Food Great, Cheesecake amazing.. it's everything else that just needs work.. from walking into and needing to get past a large group of people waiting to sit.. to the line for cheesecake right by host stand... Designer had no logic for traffic flow.  People standing around and you don't know if they are in line or waiting for seats.  Not enough seats for waiting guest..  and there is always a line.. Better off getting Togo order.

One of my favorites I took my girlfriend (now my wife) here on our first unofficial date. The entrees are good and the desserts are even better their wide variety of cheesecakes hard to beat. The food's always good I try something new every time we go and I haven't had a bad experience yet

Had a great time at the Cheesecake Factory.  The food was delicious but Sue made the dining experience truly spectacular!  She greeted me with the warmest smile coupled with a dynamic personality.  Her level of attention to my needs was second to none.  When people chose to dine out they are looking for an experience.  I can honestly say Sue is by far the best waitress I've been served by.  I will certainly be returning to Cheesecake Factory in the near future and I plan on specifically asking for her to be my waitress!  You guys have an outstanding person on your team!

I had the southern fried catfish for the first time and it was excellent. The breading was crispy but light and accented the catfish perfectly. The mashed potatoes and corn were both good as well but nothing special. I upgraded to the salad instead of the green beans and it was good. To finish it off I had the 30th anniversary cheesecake which was delicious! The service was good and timely even on a very busy Friday night.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The menu reads like a book so many delicious options to choose from. Not the typical kids menu, my kiddos devoured their macaroni and cheese which I loved because it wasn't just Kraft macaroni and cheese?
