Worst customer service ever!!!!  Do not waste your money on this place!!!  Placed an order at 12:00 in the afternoon for a 6:30 delivery. Called at 6:45 we were told the order was on the way. Called again after 7 and was told “we are very busy” then asked for a manager who said “sorry it’s on it’s way”. She gave us a store credit - nice but why would I ever order from here ever again?  Called again at 7:20 and were told it’s on it’s way. Called again at 7:40 and was told order was on its way. I confirmed with the manager Amber that the pizza left an hour ago was on its way and would still be fresh. This time i asked them to call the driver that left an hour ago and we still have no pizza. She did and said it would be here in 4 mins. The driver shows up at 7:54 and says “what’s your problem I just left 10 mins ago yeah the first girl or two lied to you”. Wow unreal. Don’t lie to your customers! Especially those with young kids. I get mistakes happen but own them - apologize - and say we won’t see our pizza for over an hour. I loved Giordanos and worked at one for years but the Edison Park location is a JOKE. Save your money. Way better customer service at any local place with just as good of pizza!

Staff was friendly but forgot about our order and the food took more than 1 hour to be served. The pizza was no longer hot when it arrived, but I still tasted good. After the meal the waitress was disappointed that we didn't want to order drinks/dessert.   I was also surprised that this location does not have tables, you have to order the pizza next door at an Irish Pub.   Good food! but mediocre service

The food was amazing, but would have been better if they remembered to cut my pizza. We got a medium stuffed deep dish, and that was extremely difficult to try to eat in a Semi Truck with no utensils. The driver was polite and courteous. Tipped him well, but again would have been nice to understand what he was saying. :-) Over all very nice, would have got 5 stars if my pizza was cut. My first experience, not too bad.
