I normally stick to Barneys or Saks for the sake of customer service when shopping in Los Angeles. I learned why, the day I went into this Los Angeles store. The sales staff is incredibly arrogant. I purchased several items though was treated as a homeless person begging for change outside 7-11. Was so disgusted at these sales women's attitudes. Take the stick out of your Rectum. Only reason I remained in the store was because of a lovely Asian woman who was new and being "trained". She was excellent and more professional than any one of the employees at this store. Absolutely disgusting. We're not spending cents here. When purchasing luxury items you expect a certain level of customer service. This store met that standard by no means. The women here are awful. Find out for yourselves.

Don't buy anything from this shop!!!! The owner/manager was so rude. My friend spent over $1000, bought a pair of shoes from this shop a few days ago, wore for a few hours and color came out on his socks and his ankle. I advised him he should take the shoes back to get a refund or exchange, so he did. I got a call from him when he was there, the guy who work there didn't want to do refund nor exchange. Since my friend is from overseas and his English is very limited, I am trying to explained to the guy what happened. Before I got into details, he was very irritated and yelled at me over the phone. I asked for the manager, he told me he was the manager. So I asked if he was the owner, he said he was the owner as well. I was speechless:( At the end, he said he would send the shoes to repair shop to fix the problem, I asked if the repair shop would do the work, he yelled at me again saying he didn't work for the shoe repair, he wouldn't know. I was amazed by his behavior and attitude. I am getting ready to report him and this shop to the appropriate association or consumer department. He is putting a very bad image of the tours industry of our state.
