Small but beautiful shop. Johnny helped me to choose best size and shoes for me. He was professional. I love pink flat shoes and fall in love with the design. I actually ordered another blue flat shoes after that. Highly recommend.

The cutest flats!!! Saw them on IG immediately contacted the NY store and was assisted by Fanny, she is THE best! Amazing customer service, assisted me over the phone with the style I was interested in as well as the size that would work best for me. Love these shoes so much!!! I have bought many pairs of Pretty Ballerinas, and I just love them! The colors, styles, and qualities are just awesome! I wear them to school, to work and to date. They are so versatile which suits any occasions. Besides that, they are very comfortable as they are made of rubber soles. I don't need to add any anti-slip soles, which is very convenient. Fanny, the owner, is very helpful, friendly and funny. She provides the best service I can ever imagine, and I will certainly make visits to NYC store when I go there! Highly Recommend!

Some of the most comfortable and beautiful shoes ever! My mom swears by them and has many pairs but these will be my first and I'm so excited! Fanny, the owner, I just beyond wonderful! So kind and caring, and just wants nothing more than for you to have an amazing experience while finding you new favorite shoes! She loves making a real connection with her customers and you just DO NOT see that anymore! She is such a strong amazing woman and mother! So I wholeheartedly recommend you visit the store in NYC or spend some time on the website looking at all the different gorgeous styles and colors! You will NOT be disappointed!

Pretty Ballerinas are by far my most favorite brand of shoes.  I’ve been wearing them for almost 10 years and am so glad I found them.  Each shoe has so much personality and style.  They are beautifully crafted, exquisitely designed and the most comfortable shoe you will ever wear.  They are my go-to shoes, especially when I want to look good but know that I’m going to be walking a lot, like vacations or in the city.  The NY store is not to be missed.  I can’t say enough about Fanny.  Her personality, sense of style and intense focus on the customer is very refreshing.  She is the best and a great ambassador for Pretty Ballerina!  Each pair is like buying a delicious chocolate!

This stretch of Lexington Avenue is one of my favorite walks for window shopping. This beautiful, feminine and very unique store Pretty Ballerinas is one of a kind and not to be missed. The store in London is the same, but this one has a special place for me -because it is near my apt. The shoes/ballerinas are amazing and in every shape, color and style. Perfect! Sales staff  are extremely nice and very professional and you can only find in NYC. The store itself will dazzle you with its romance -it is  beautiful.

This has been my favorite store for the past ten years. The shoes are hand made and very good quality, they last very well. This location is my favorite, the service is amazing and I always find the right shoes for any occasion. I can’t wait for the new collection!

I went on vacation to Aruba on Nov 9th, 2019 and while I was there I took a cab downtown to the mall and I happen to come upon this shoe store, what caught my eye was all the beautiful colors of shoes, so I went in and tried on so many shoes and I didn't leave out until I found a pair. I really like that store glad to know they have one in New York.

I love these shoes. They are beautifully made and excellent for casual wear as well as the office. The shop, the owner, and the staff give amazing help.

Fanny is your go to here. She will always accommodate and provide honest opinion. Shipping is always lightning speed fast too. I love Pretty Ballerinas!
