Over all I'd say a mediocre experience here. I've only been twice and one time I had forgot what the pass code was to my account and had asked to have it switched back to the last four of my social. The woman at the drive up window gave me this vibe that I was really burdening her with this and that I should know what my pass code is. Poor customer service in my eyes.

i have only been banking with glacier bank for about three months. Usually I go to the ones in Kalispell, MT and I've never had a problem. I went to one in whitefish (near Don K). Super friendly except they deposited my $400 in ANOTHER PERSONS account. I understand mistakes happen, but when it comes to money this shouldn't happen.
