The guy who owns this place is very unprofessional, he was cursing on the phone to me, because he was upset about my credit? I know a resident there also and he said that Dennis the owner tried hitting their dog, with a shovel! because the dog was barking! He fixes up mobile homes to the bare minimum and then when something happens you have to pay for it. Wouldn't trust this guy, you'd be better off spending your money some place else .
