I like the residents, the folks in the front office are great. My only issue is the lack of 50 amp connections and the dumpsters either being not large enough for the number of people staying or possibly not being emptied often enough to sustain the guests.

It's a concrete slab. Basic. Nondescript. Boring. It seems to be more for a quick pass thru town or for people who couldn't find space at Wal-Mart. The next RV is RIGHT NEXT to you. Absolutely no privacy, trees, amenities, or fun. This is not to be used for your traditional camping experience. Best part-- the wafting aroma of cow dung from the mushroom farm located at the end of the street. We have an older but still in great condition RV and the lady said it couldn't stay more than a week because of some reason I assume she pulled out of a hat. I don't see how the place is so low grade and THAT is the standard they chose to adhere to. It was $450!!! For the week!!! And when we left after 2 days, no refund. I would say they would need it to do some landscaping or curb appeal but I can bet that will never happen!!!

Quiet and quaint, this gem is off the beaten path ensuring a quiet, peaceful stay. Amenities abound and the full time community makes it feel like more than an RV park; it feels like home.
