I have been a customer of Glamour Nails for 11 years.  In all that time, I have never been disappointed with a sign that says closed on the days they are open, never. I usually make an appointment because they can get very busy during the holidays and after work, but, Winnie, who is one of the most professional people in the business that I have ever met, is always trying to fit you in no matter what. She has never sent me to someone else when I got there. She has in the past asked me if it would be okay for this person or that person to do my pedicure if she doesn't have the time. If I am in a hurry and she is booked she asks if I would like someone else to take me and leaves that decision up to me.  If I call on the phone to make an appointment and have to have my nails done that day and she is booked, she asks if someone else can do my nails and leaves it up to me. In that case, which has happened on occasion, I have never been disappointed with the quality of the workmanship on my nails by any of the other people that work there. I see the same faces, yes people come and go that is life, but for the most part I see the same people that work there all the time and know them all by name. As for "roaches" I don't know where that other person was going, but it could not have been Glamour Nails.  Like I said, I've been going there for 11 years and I may have seen two flies when the doors are left open in the Spring and Fall on beautiful days. I highly recommend this salon, don't let one bad review make your mind up for you.  Best salon in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Used to go here all the time.  Then I would show up for an appointment and the place would mysteriously be closed.  They would say they were on "vacation."  Never even bothered to call me.  Then one by one all of their good people left.  Once Sam had her baby and left the place went downhill.  Winnie was good but it seemed like whenever I made an appointment with her she'd dump me on someone else....and they did a lousy job. Also, the place had become quite dirty (I think there may have been a health department visit prompting one of the emergency closings).  The final straw was yet another appointment I scheduled with Winnie and again I was told I had to see someone else.   And the best part??  At this final visit a giant roach was crawling on the wall next to me (I was sitting behind Winnie to the right against the wall). I was outta there and have found a much better and cleaner place.  Everything happens for a reason.

Was not a fan at all. The guy doing my pedicure hurt and the massage chairs sucked. The UV lights were also so dirty I wanted to puke when I put my hand in there. Do not recommend.

We came in as a party of 3. 2 of the pedicures were under 10 min and the 3rd was 30 min and we were waiting separately. The first time I came here it was great. This time was rushed. I made an appointment and would have preferred if they told me ahead of time they couldn't accommodate 3 people at once.

Love this place they do awsome designs and add-on. Show them a pic that you like and they'll make it happen ♡ gel or reg are the best!
