Last minute call same day and got in! First time here. Staff very friendly and informative. Requested therapist to apply strong pressure and boy, did she! Samantha did an amazing job of giving a deep pressure massage. Would have preferred the membership 'sell' before massage as I was too delirious to even comprehend what front desk clerk was saying. Will definitely be back!

Massage Envy has worst customer care. They penalize customers for appointment rescheduling with a 50% fee ($27.5) regardless of even if it's due to sickness or whatever. This fee is super high regardless of even if they get another customer for that slot. the front desk appointment person was extremely rude. My first experience and turns out horrible. Highly unsatisfied due to very negative customer understanding and care. I wouldn't recommend it to any one. I have to put 1 stars because google doesn't allow me to post it otherwise.

Horrible! Rude staff! Do not use this location! I signed up for a yearly membership, but wanted to use it while I was on vacation. I was visiting my parents in South Jersey and decided to use this location. I called to make an appointment, they accessed my account and told me I had 5 sessions available and scheduled me for 2 different services for the day. When I arrived at the location, both front desk girls were busy and so I took a seat. After waiting 10 minutes and, now 10 minutes late for my appointment, someone finally acknowledged me. The girl working the front desk very rudely told me that my session had expired and that I had to work it out with my home location. After trying to understand the situation she very rudely brushed me off and ignored me trying to get answers from her. After calling my home location, who then admitted they had made the mistake, they apologized but at the that time it was too late for my treatment and I was out of a session. Why did the Mount Laurel location not mention this issue when I made the appointment? And now I am out of a session due to their mistake and had to deal with their rude staff, after I pay $60 monthly to be a member? I told a friend the situation, and they mentioned they have had similar situations with VERY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF, scheduling the wrong times and causing her to lose sessions as well. I would never recommend this location for anyone. Unless you enjoy being treated poorly as a paying customer and possibly getting ripped off. Will definitely make sure all my friends and family know about the experience at the Mount Laurel location so they never use it. Hopefully they hire new front desk staff who know how to do a basic job and don't enjoy ripping off customers.

I've had a few professional massages and i have to say i was very impressed with my experience here. Its a very relaxing environment, my appointment was on time with no delays or issues. the service i experienced was excellent from walking in the front door to walking out. the entire staff was very courtesy and nice. the room itself was exceptionally clean, well maintained and very relaxing. Jessica was my therapist and she was amazing at working out the knots and kinks in my back. I will definitely be going back.

Beautiful location and the therapists are great but the availability is horrible. You have to book at least a week in advance. My husband and I spontaneously took off one Monday and they had no appointments available. On a Monday? I joined there monthly massage club but can never seem to get an appointment. Friendly service but the availability is an issue. I'm always forced to go to either the Marlton or Cherry Hill location.
