Spent $100.00 dollars to make two hearts. Had to wait 4 days to pick up. Told them I lived out of state but family lived in Dearborn they told me it would be ok. They called to remind me again and I told them again I lived out of state but would be returning to Michigan. Once again no problem. Today went to pick up and they have been recycled. Instead of a final call to tell us to pick up or they would be recycled they dumped my $100 back in a bin to be reused. No money lost on their end. I was going to return to make a flower and have a mug made but bad taste is all I get when I think of them now.

I've been there several times now for classes and shows- every trip is an absolute blast. Whether it's making my own thing in a class or watching the glass blowers work during a show, I've never had anything less than an awesome time.

Prices a little high but you are paying for hand crafted items. Classes are a lot of fun and are geared towards students​ knowledge base
