The crew of three guys successfully replaced 7 sliding door glass panels in about two hours. Nice guys. Sorry to say that they failed to mention that they had broken an art glass piece that cost me as much as one of the glass door panels, $150. Either they don't check their email or didn't care enough to respond to my message showing the damaged piece.

Unfortunately due to a hail storm one of the windows on the house was broken. I called Glasshoppers on Monday to see about getting an estimate for the repair. I was informed that they could send a person by at 10am on Wednesday to look at the window and take measurements to provide an estimate. I was also informed that I would get a call before hand as well. In order to be around, I had to take leave from work. Come Wednesday, I get a call informing me that they are short staffed and would like to reschedule tell next week. The total lack of realizing that people have to take leave from work seems to escape some people/business. It takes about four weeks of working to earn the time off for the meeting they set and then to arbitrarily need to cancel. While I understand things occur/happen, business then must realize that their changes have more than an effect on their schedule.

Had trouble finding particular window replacement and when I walked in Glasshoppers, not only did their staff accomendate every need, but they made my visit very comfortable. Friendly and sincere employees and owners. Will recommend to friends and family.
