I took my car in and requested the water pump be replaced. I was told my water pump gaskets and my serpentine belt were replaced upon picking up the car and that my engine coolant was refilled. My water pump itself, however, was never replaced and I was not informed that my serpentine belt was being replaced until after it had been done. I should've been notified that it needed done and asked if it was something I wanted done right then and I wasn't. I ended up paying $50 for this when my fiancee could've purchased and replaced the belt himself for much cheaper. There was a hole in one of my water hoses that should've been noticed but was left untouched. The gaskets were not replaced like I was told. A friend of mine noticed the gasket issue while replacing my water pump for me when I broke down 1 month after picking up my car from Weaver's. The hole in the hose was pointed out to me by a girl friend of mine simply by popping the hood of my car. She didn't even have to take the car apart to tell me this. The worst part is that when we confronted the mechanic my fiancee and I went separately and an hour apart and we were told 2 different things. I most definitely will NOT be returning.

I don't know why anybody would have a problem with these guys. I have been exclusively using Weavers's Auto Service for over 10 years and have never had a complaint. From the scheduling to the finished work I feel as if I am standing with a group of friends that only care about me.

A female friend of mine went to have her water pump replaced about a month ago. They said they replaced it. Fixed the gaskets. And her belt. At the time they replaced her belt with out asking or telling her until after. Charged her 50$ on something she didn't ask to have done nor told about. Now a month later shes taking me home from work and I smell something very odd. My husband is a mechanic so I have learned from him. She pulls over and her "new water pump" is bone dry when she just put fluid in and rusted. There is 2 holes in her "new water hose" that is really dry rotted and her gaskets were not fixed. In a months time a water pump can't rust. And a water hose can't dry rot. she spent over 300$ on a job that they didn't do correctly. They didn't do a dam thing that they said they did. When she went to ask them about it her and her fiancé got 2 different stories about the work they did. I recommend NO ONE ask them for work done on their vechiles.

I brought in the bulb for my headlight because I couldn't figure out how to replace it. He did it for FREE. He spent at least 30 minutes because he had to get to it from the wheel well. Great customer service.
