I called this locksmith after a lock out in the neighborhood. They came very quick and managed to get me in the door, but the situation left me with a slimy feeling. The locksmith who came initially told me $450 to get into the house. After we said it was too much we then had to negotiate with the locksmith. He faked a phone call for another appointment to try to pressure us into paying. He tried to scare us saying that other locksmiths would drill the lock and we would have to replace it with something expensive. Finally the encounter ended with a lecture on how to best lock the door like we were children... I would have really appreciated someone professional who would name their price and not try to use high pressure sales tactics.

I called because I couldn't lock my front door since the latch had broken. I was shown what had happened to the broken lock and told exactly how much it would cost to replace it before the locksmith arrived and installed a new lock within an hour.
After getting over my denial that I had lost BOTH keys to my 2013 Prius, I researched locksmiths online. Since dealers were somewhat lacking in this department, I settled, based on the reviews. After a couple of conversations. I highly recommend this service. Thanks for the great service.

The locksmith showed up when he said he would, tried honestly to recover the broken portion of the key, and quickly installed a new lock after I agreed it was a lost cause. The man was also quite friendly.
