Let's just share a little about the aggressive attitude from this owner. Driving on the 101 and 7th avenue in his company vehicle. I was on my way to pick up my son from preschool. He refused to let me in with my blinker on safely (Even though I still made it in the lane I needed to be in despite his rude behavior). He then tried to run me off the road 3 times in response to his anger. I can only imagine what he does with his business. Do not hire this hot head. I then called the number, only to have him hang up on me. No apology. And yes, when I put my blinker on and his vehicle, 5 car lengths behind me suddenly speeds up to close the gap but I decide to get in anyway (since my blinker has been on for a while at this point) I got off the exit and he sped up just to look at me as if I wronged him. Yes, attitude in everyday life does certainly reflect attitude in your business. It seems that for every review about the attitude from this place always has an excuse to follow from Paul. I don't care if you are good at what you do. Whether you are or not is not my concern as I will never hire you. But there are two parts to operating a business: good customer service and doing the job precisely. If you can't compose yourself on the road with another person all because you don't like the 3rd finger from your pinky standing up alone, you can't compose yourself with a customer with a complaint about your product or service. The reviews reflect that. Maybe you should think about that.

Our business purchased a property near Quality Lock and Key. They've installed a front door lock, a magnetic gate lock and made a bunch of keys for us. They were professional, curtious, punctual and went above and beyond to make sure I had the software for the magnetic gate figured out. I recommend this company to anyone I know who needs a locksmith.

Excellent customer service staff was friendly had no problems at all. I recommend this to anyone that needs their keys comma locks changed. Quick Service friendly atmosphere.
